Carbon Steel vs. Ductile Iron

• High strength, impact resistant Carbon Steel liquid ends for improved durability and pressure containment.
• Replaces non-repairable, ductile iron casing and impellers, with repairable carbon steel, for extended component life.

Shaft and Bearing Assembly Upgraded

• 316L SS vs. 4140 steel pump shaft is standard at no additional cost.
• Proven flinger disk lubrication device to ensure effective bearing lubrication. Provides 30% increased bearing L-10 life and minimun 15ºF lower bearing operating temperatures compared to flood oil design.

The Model PWA-LF is an ANSI-compliant low flow horizontal process pump. It offers multiple seal chambers for maximum sealing flexibility across various process applications and features a back pull-out design for easy maintenance. Additional specifications include test flows up to 7,500 GPM, discharge test pressures up to 740 PSI, and a supply tank rated from full vacuum to 65 PSI. The pump operates at 460 volts with power up to 500 HP at 3600 RPM and includes a variable frequency drive for precise speed control up to 500 HP at 460 volts. Its robust casing makes it suitable for a wide range of industries.

The Model PWA-SP is an ANSI-compliant horizontal self-priming process pump. It offers test flows up to 7,500 GPM and discharge test pressures up to 740 PSI. The supply tank is rated from full vacuum to 65 PSI. The pump operates at 460 volts with power up to 500 HP at 3600 RPM and includes a variable frequency drive for precise speed control up to 500 HP at 460 volts.

The PWA-IL ANSI B73.2 In-Line Process Pump is designed, built, and tested in the USA to meet the stringent ANSI B73.2 standards, while also enhancing reliability beyond typical designs. It features high-strength Carbon Steel for the liquid end and motor support, and 316L stainless steel for the shaft, all provided as standard features at no extra cost. This space-saving configuration installs like a valve, reducing overall installation costs compared to baseplate-mounted pumps. Additionally, we offer a wide range of corrosion-resistant alloy materials, from 316L stainless steel to Titanium.
