Nate, Thanks again for your help in making this work & for answering your phone when your day was already over. I wish there were more sales people like you these days. I had my own shutter manufacturing business for 20 years and worked all hours too. Semi retired now but teach adult ed Woodshop now (4 classes & 71 yrs young) & have a Avocado Ranch. To whom it may concern, I would like to express my opinion how fortunate Pump Catalog is to have Nate Novak as an employee. One of our biggest customers, who is a large hospital has been operating by “hanging by a thread.” If one of their pumps go down (because two are already down), then everything stops completely. This means, no hot water, no steam, no sterilization, which means no surgeries. Of course we understand that things just happen beyond our control however, when we need urgent assistance, it is usually because it is extremely important. We have tried and used other vendors in the past to come through but we have never received the kind of service that we have from Nate from ANY of our vendors. I can speak on behalf of myself, Joey (Service Manager) and Luke (Owner) as well as CCS Industrial Services how THANKFUL we are for all of Nate’s hard work for going above and beyond to take care of us. Rest assured, that Pump Catalog will be our first choice in the future!
