Yamada NDP-32 Series Double Diaphragm Pump

With all the features of the Yamada NDP series, the NDP-32 adds port compatibility to simplify pump replacement. Yamada Pumps remedies re-piping issues with the NDP-32 series pump. Designed to facilitate pump replacement for existing non-Yamada pump installations, the NDP-32 utilizes a 1-1/2" NPT inlet port with a 1-1/4" NPT outlet port to ensure compatibility with competitor designs.

The NDP-32 is available with all Yamada elastomer offerings: Buna N, Hytrel, Viton, EPDM, Neoprene, Santoprene, and PTFE.

As with all NDP series pumps, the NDP-32 incorporates the same patented Non-Lubricated Air Motor technology and has all the features of the NDP line including bolted design, outside accessible air motor, ease of maintenance, interchangeability of parts, and Yamada reliability.

Yamada Pumps DP-10/DP-15 series Air Powered Double Diaphragm (AODD) Pumps provide a maximum flow rate of 6 gallons per minute (DP-10) or 8 gallons per minute (DP-15). DP-10 pumps are available in aluminum, stainless steel (316), and polypropylene, DP-15 pumps are available in either polypropylene or groundable acetal. Xtreme Duty Pro XDP For xtremely demanding process applications

The Yamada Xtreme Duty Pro XDP is designed for use in process type applications including filter press, high pressure, extended deadheading, long runs of discharge pipe, and where air consumption is critical.

XDP pumps are capable of running on air pressure equivalents as high as 125 PSI or as low as 5 PSI and provide the same liquid side performance as the NDP series pumps.

Yamada FDA compliant pumps are specifically designed for Food, Pharmaceutical & Cosmetic industries where 3A or USDA standards are not required.
