Yamada Diaphragm Pumps

Using Yamada Diaphragm Pumps with shear sensitive liquids works well since the pumps are designed for gentle and minimal contact with fluids. And since the pumps work on compressed air, they′re immune to explosions. In certain circumstances, the pumps have the ability to run submersed by running the exhaust line above the fluid line. Efficiency stays stable over time since there are no such wearable parts, for instance: rotors, gears, or pistons. Yamada has a legacy of quality In business since the early 1900′s and in the liquid handling business for sixty plus years, Yamada prides itself on its quality and innovation of their fluid handling pumps. They have a global reach as they are headquartered in Japan with plants in the Netherlands and the United States. They keep a high minimum inventory of over three thousand pumps so that the pumps literally come from off of the shelf factory direct.

Yamada Specialty Pumps

Yamada manufactures specialty pumps such as powder pumps. They also make a pump that′s FDA compliant with the exception of 3A or USDA standards plus Teflon pumps and high-purity Teflon pumps. Most notably from Yamada are their diaphragm pumps. They can handle many different liquids that have a high level of solids. They self-prime and can even run dry. Varying flow rates and discharge pressures allow Yamada pumps to run in a wide range of applications. Installation is simple and the pumps are easy to transport. Discharge lines can be closed without damaging the pumps since under that circumstance, the pumps are designed to just slow down to a stop.

NDP-32 Series
Yamada NDP-32 Series Double Diaphragm Pump
With all the features of the Yamada NDP series, the NDP-32 adds port compatibility to simplify pump replacement. Yamada Pumps remedies re-piping issues with the NDP-32 series pump. Designed to facilitate pump replacement for existing non-Yamada pump installations, the NDP-32 utilizes a 1-1/2" NPT inlet port with a 1-1/4" NPT outlet port to ensure compatibility with competitor designs.
The NDP-32 is available with all Yamada elastomer offerings: Buna N, Hytrel, Viton, EPDM, Neoprene, Santoprene, and PTFE.
As with all NDP series pumps, the NDP-32 incorporates the same patented Non-Lubricated Air Motor technology and has all the features of the NDP line including bolted design, outside accessible air motor, ease of maintenance, interchangeability of parts, and Yamada reliability.

Xtreme Duty Pro XDP For xtremely demanding process applications
The Yamada Xtreme Duty Pro XDP is designed for use in process type applications including filter press, high pressure, extended deadheading, long runs of discharge pipe, and where air consumption is critical.
XDP pumps are capable of running on air pressure equivalents as high as 125 PSI or as low as 5 PSI and provide the same liquid side performance as the NDP series pumps.
