Q: How do I obtain a copy of my invoice?
A: You can view and or download a copy of your invoice from the "My Account" section of the website. The My Account section only appears when you are logged into the website with your username and password. Once you are in the My Account section, you will see the "My Orders" tab and there is a blue button that reads "View Invoice." Once clicked, you can see your order details and you can then click "Print" or save as a PDF.

Q: Where can I find Tracking Information for my order?
A: Once your order has shipped, you can track the status of your order by visiting the "My Account" section of the website. The My Account section only appears when you are logged into the website with your username and password. Once you are in the My Account section and a tracking number has been added, you will see the "Track Package" link under the "My Orders" tab. Once clicked, you will be brought to a website that shows your delivery status.

Q: If I cannot find the pump model I am looking for on your site does that mean you do not sell that item?
A: There are thousands of pumps that are not currently listed on our website that we do sell. Soon many of them will be available for purchase online. If you have a pump model that you need help with you can submit a contact form or call us directly and we will be happy to help you if we can or point you in the right direction.

Q: Do you sell Teel Pumps and Repair Parts?
A: We sell some Teel Repair Parts and will only be able to help you if you have the Teel Pump Model Number. We will also be able to cross your current Teel Pump to a comparable AMT Model.
