RTL Series Peristaltic Pump — Engineered for Performance, Reliability, and Sustainability
The RTL Series peristaltic pump is built to make your life easier. It’s designed for strong performance, low maintenance, and safer handling of chemicals on the job.
Maintenance is quick. The tube elements are fully sealed and swap out fast, so you’re not fighting with messy parts. The pump head is designed to release chemicals safely, which helps protect you and the workspace. Replacement parts are simple and cost a lot less than full cartridge systems.
You get a bright 4.3” color screen that’s easy to read in the field. The patented offset rotor makes tube changes straightforward, even in tight spaces. Leak detection is built in, so you know right away if something needs attention.
The pump handles up to 32 GPH and up to 100 PSI depending on the model. It includes multiple digital and analog inputs and outputs, plus MODBUS RTU as standard. Other communication options like Profibus, MODBUS TCP, and Ethernet IP are available if you need them. There’s also a real‑time clock for scheduling and tracking, and a USB port for firmware updates or pulling logs.
Performance is consistent. Every rotation gives the same displacement, so metering stays accurate. It can lift up to 30 feet and won’t slip internally. It’s self‑priming, runs smoothly, and only the tubing ever touches the chemical—no valves, no check balls, nothing to clog. It won’t get damaged running dry, and it won’t vapor lock or air bind.
