Reliable Design: Features a bolt‑through fluid cover for leak‑free operation and a seal‑less AODD design with no mechanical seals.
Low-Pressure Start: Operates on as little as 20 psi (1.4 bar) with a stall‑free, low‑pulsation air valve for smooth changeover.
Flexible Layout: Available in center‑porting and end‑porting configurations; includes a split‑manifold option to pump multiple fluids without mixing.
Operational Safety: Self‑priming, runs dry without damage, stalls under pressure, and is factory‑tested prior to shipping.
Maintenance: Lube‑free air system with an easy‑to‑service air valve and ball checks; manifolds are re‑orientable for various installations.

Fluid Inlet/Outlet: 1/2 in. and 3/4 in. npt(f) or bspt(f).
Air Ports: 1/4 npt(f) air inlet; 3/8 npt(f) air exhaust (supports remote pilot operation).
Requirements: Requires bleed‑type master air valve; air filter recommended; exhaust must remain unrestricted.

Grounding: Acetal models are conductive and include a grounding screw; Polypropylene and PVDF models are non‑conductive.
ATEX: Only specifically marked Acetal 515 models are ATEX‑approved (Ex II 2 GD).
