Husky 3300 — 3" Diaphragm Pump
Unified Pneumatic + Electric Platform
Overview
The Husky 3300 is a 3‑inch diaphragm pump platform engineered for high‑flow industrial transfer. Available in both pneumatic and electric configurations, it supports flow rates up to 300 gpm (pneumatic) and 220 gpm (electric). Both versions share a wetted‑section architecture and ANSI‑compatible 3‑inch porting, providing a versatile solution for demanding chemical, industrial, and wastewater applications.
Performance & Reliability
The pneumatic version features a stall-resistant air valve with 40% improved efficiency, while the electric model offers up to 80% energy savings and near-zero in-plant noise. Both drives utilize a seal-less design that supports run-dry operation and handles shear-sensitive materials. Overmolded diaphragm options are available to extend service life up to five times longer than standard designs.

Drive System
The Pneumatic model operates from 20 to 125 psi with a lube‑free, externally accessible air valve. The Electric model uses a high-efficiency AC induction motor with VFD control for precise metering. The electric version maintains the core benefits of self-priming and run-dry capability while drastically reducing operating costs.
Installation & Serviceability
The 3300 fits a standard AODD footprint for easy integration. Maintenance is simplified through fast access to diaphragms and check-valves, and the pneumatic air valve can be serviced without removing the pump from the system.
