HUSKY 205 SERIES
OVERVIEW & FEATURES
Compact Design: 1/4-in end-porting AODD pump optimized for OEM skids and compact industrial systems.
Versatile Orientation: Spring-loaded check valves ensure superior priming and allow the pump to operate in any mounting orientation.
Flexible Porting: Features interchangeable inlet/outlet porting with manifolds on both ends for easy integration.
Reliable Operation: Self-priming, runs dry without damage, and stalls under pressure to prevent system failure.
Control Options: Supports standard internal air valve or remote-solenoid operation for automated systems.
Maintenance: Lube-free air valve system with full external serviceability for both the air and fluid sections.
FLUID PORTS & MOUNTING
Connections: 1/4-in end-porting; IN and OUT ports on both ends (interchangeable).
Priming Note: OUT port must be mounted up for proper priming; unused ports must be plugged.
Installation: Includes 90° mounting bracket; requires a stable, vibration-free surface.
Protection: Polypropylene components require protection from prolonged UV exposure.
MATERIALS & WETTED PARTS
Fluid Section: Polypropylene, Acetal (conductive SS fibers), or PVDF.
Wetted Parts (Seats/Balls/Diaphragms):
Seats/Balls: Spring-loaded check valves (standard); weighted check options available; ball/seat materials vary by model.
Diaphragms: True-formed PTFE or Santoprene.
Elastomers: Santoprene, PTFE, Buna, FKM, Polychloroprene, TPE, G.E.T.
AIR SYSTEM
Operating Range: Max air inlet pressure of 100 psi (7 bar).
Requirements: Requires bleed-type master air valve and recommended air filter; exhaust must remain unrestricted.
APPLICATIONS & SAFETY
Uses: Chemical/solvent transfer, water treatment, paints, coatings, adhesives, and general fluid transfer.
Safety: ATEX-certified models available (Acetal); non-conductive models (Poly/PVDF) must be grounded when pumping flammable fluids.
TECHNICAL DATA
Max Press/Flow: 100 psi (7 bar) | 5 GPM (19 LPM).
Max Solids: 1.5 mm (0.06 in).
Service Specs: Covers require 42–47 in-lb torque; air valve and fluid kits are field-replaceable.
