Using a vortex impeller design, the V Series moves fluid and solids without direct contact between most solids and the impeller, significantly reducing clogging, wear, and maintenance.

Vortex Impeller for Superior Solids Handling

The vortex impeller creates a strong hydraulic current that suspends and transports solids through the pump. Because solids typically do not pass through the impeller vanes, the design minimizes abrasion and blockage.

This makes the V Series especially effective for fibrous materials, suspended solids, and untreated sewage, where conventional impellers are prone to clogging.

Engineered for Durability and Reliability

The V Series features heavy-duty cast iron construction (GG25 / EN 1561) for long-lasting structural strength in harsh environments. Critical components are reinforced with stainless steel hardware for added durability.

Dual mechanical seals and a Seal Minder® system provide continuous monitoring and protection, helping extend pump life and reduce downtime.
