Engineered for the harshest slurry environments, the KZNRF Series delivers maximum durability and reliability in applications involving hot, highly abrasive solids, where standard pumps experience rapid wear or failure.
Built for Dual Extremes: Heat and Wear
KZNRF pumps feature a hardened ductile iron volute heat-treated to approximately 71 Rockwell C, providing roughly twice the abrasion resistance of standard ductile iron.
At the same time, the pumps are equipped with a Fahrenheit® high-temperature motor system, including Class R insulation and high-temperature-rated components that enable continuous operation in hot slurry conditions.
