The Stenner S Series was developed for applications where accurate chemical dosing is only part of the requirement. Many facilities also need system monitoring, communication with control equipment, backup capabilities, and advanced diagnostics. The S Series combines all of these functions into a single smart peristaltic pump platform.

Designed for water and wastewater treatment, cooling towers, industrial processes, manufacturing operations, and other demanding applications, the S Series gives operators complete control over how chemicals are fed into a system. Through its OLED display and digital keypad, users can select from multiple operating modes, fine-tune pump performance, and monitor operating conditions in real time.

One of the most valuable features of the S Series is its ability to communicate with other equipment. The pump supports 4-20mA and 0-10VDC signals, pulse and Hall Effect inputs, Modbus RTU communication, and programmable output relays. This makes integration with plant control systems much easier than traditional metering pumps.

The S Series is also designed to help reduce downtime. Built-in leak detection monitors for the presence of chemical solution inside the pump head and can trigger alarms, stop operation, or automatically transfer operation to a backup pump. A programmable tube life timer alerts operators when routine maintenance is due, helping prevent unexpected interruptions.
