Stenner Proportional Injection Systems
The Stenner Proportional Injection System is a pre-assembled chemical feed package designed to dose solution in direct proportion to water usage. By measuring water volume through a dry contact water meter and automatically adjusting chemical injection accordingly, the system helps maintain accurate treatment across varying flow conditions.
Factory-assembled on a heavy-duty mounting panel, the system combines a Classic Series Single Head Fixed Output Pump, a PCM (Pump Control Module), and a 3/4" dry contact water meter into one convenient package. All major components are pre-mounted for faster installation, simplified service, and a clean, organized appearance.
How the System Works
The water meter monitors system flow and sends a signal to the PCM controller. The PCM then activates the Classic Series metering pump based on water volume, ensuring chemical injection remains proportional to actual water usage.
This approach helps provide consistent treatment across changing flow rates and varying water demands.
