Stenner Econ Stennicator® Water Meter Activated Medicator

The Stenner Econ Stennicator® Series is a water meter activated peristaltic medicator designed specifically for livestock and poultry water treatment applications. Operating at a fixed 1:128 injection ratio, the Stennicator delivers 1 ounce of product per gallon of water directly into the water line, providing accurate chemical dosing without the flow restrictions commonly associated with traditional water-driven medicators.

Designed for animal health and water quality management, the Stennicator utilizes a pulsing dry contact water meter to automatically activate chemical injection. A built-in repeater relay allows the incoming water meter signal to be sent simultaneously to a controller, additional Stennicator pump, or other compatible device, helping simplify system integration and water consumption monitoring.

Built-In Repeater Relay

The integrated repeater relay allows one water meter signal to serve multiple functions. The relay repeats the incoming meter pulse to another Stennicator, controller, or monitoring device, allowing water consumption tracking and chemical injection to occur simultaneously.

For higher flow requirements, two Stennicators can be wired in series as a duplex system, allowing effective injection rates of 1:256 while maintaining accurate dosing.
