The Stenner Econ Integrator™ Series is designed for users who need more than a standard chemical feed pump. By combining flow-activated operation with a built-in repeater relay, the Integrator allows chemical injection and water usage monitoring to work together from a single water meter signal.

This makes the pump especially valuable in livestock and poultry operations, where tracking water consumption can provide important information about overall system performance and animal health. The repeater relay allows the water meter signal to be sent to both the pump and a controller at the same time, eliminating the need for additional metering equipment.

Accurate and Flexible Operation

The Econ Integrator operates in response to flow and can be connected to a water meter, flow switch, control valve, or other compatible control equipment. The pump features a digital keypad and backlit LCD display that make setup and adjustments simple.

Users can adjust output from 10% to 100% in precise 1% increments, helping fine-tune chemical feed rates for the application.

The pump offers three operating modes:

– Seconds Mode for timed chemical injection

– Flow Switch Mode for direct flow-responsive operation

– Auxiliary Mode for systems utilizing a 12-24 VAC/VDC signal

Designed for Easy Maintenance

Routine maintenance is simplified through Stenner's patented quick-release pump head. Pump tube changes can be completed without tools, helping reduce service time and system downtime.
