Pacer G Series Self-Priming Centrifugal Pumps: The Professional Choice for Chemical Transfer and Recirculation
The Pacer G Series Self-Priming Centrifugal Pumps deliver specialized fluid management across chemical processing, industrial waste treatment, and high-purity recirculation loops. Engineered specifically for aggressive and corrosive media, the G Series combines advanced non-metallic wet ends with an integrated basket strainer to provide an all-in-one filtration and fluid transfer solution.
By eliminating complex metal components in the fluid path and utilizing high-performance engineered thermoplastics, this series provides maximum protection against corrosion while ensuring a clean, leak-free operation.
Material Engineering: Superior Chemical Defenses
The G Series is precision-molded from specialized high-strength engineered plastics, allowing you to match the pump's construction precisely to your fluid chemistry:
Noryl®: An exceptional, glass-filled engineered thermoplastic ideal for broad industrial process water, inorganic photographic solutions, and general acid or base handling. Noryl models feature an integrated strainer basket molded from chemical-resistant Polypropylene.
Ryton® (PPS): Designed for highly aggressive chemical environments requiring maximum chemical inertness and superior thermal stability. Ryton models feature a high-purity strainer basket and internal volute plate molded from elite ECTFE.
Technical Summary
Maximum Flow Rate: Delivers high-efficiency output up to 100 GPM (378 LPM) at 60 Hz configurations (up to 80 GPM at 50 Hz).
Maximum Total Dynamic Head (TDH): Pushes fluid up to 73 feet (22.3 meters) of total head at 60 Hz (up to 57 feet TDH at 50 Hz).
Suction Liftoff & Priming: Engineered to reliably reprime up to 10 vertical feet (3.1 meters) and maintain prime indefinitely after system shutdown.
Port Sizing: Features a versatile, combined 2" Outer Diameter (OD) and 1½" Inner Diameter (ID) NPT threaded connection. BSP threads are also available for Noryl pump configurations.
Intelligence Powered by Corrosion Isolation
The G Series incorporates smart, field-proven design elements focused on absolute chemical isolation, protecting your infrastructure and minimizing maintenance downtime:
Integrated Basket Strainer Casing: Features a built-in large-capacity suction strainer that captures solids before they enter the volute, preventing internal clogging and protecting downstream processes.
User-Friendly Quick-Access Cover: Outfitted with an oversized, tool-free strainer cover that simplifies initial priming and fast strainer cleaning. Covers are available in standard pump materials or crystal-clear Lexan® for instant, visual fluid inspection.
Unified Shaft Sleeve Design: Built with an open, non-clogging impeller molded in conjunction with a matching Noryl or Ryton shaft sleeve. This monolithic construction completely isolates the metallic motor shaft from liquid contact.
Flexible Contact Hardware: Standard models feature robust stainless steel internal and external hardware. For highly aggressive, acid-heavy lines, specialized configurations offer a completely non-metallic solution contact or a Titanium shaft sleeve.
Optimized Power Integration
The G Series features a compact close-coupled design that mounts directly to standard NEMA electric motor frames, saving critical footprint space inside facilities. Units come standard with a corrosion-proof polypropylene baseplate, providing a stable, vibration-dampening foundation that resists spills, drips, and humid plant atmospheres.
