Neptune MP7100 Mechanical Diaphragm Metering Pumps

Neptune MP7100 Series are mechanically-actuated diaphragm metering style pumps designed from top to bottom to be more robust and rugged than comparable mechanical diaphragm pumps. The MP7100 pump uses the ruggedness of hydraulic diaphragm metering pumps & removes the need for intermediate fluid or hydraulic oil to actuate the diaphragm eliminating any possibility of contamination by gearbox oil because it has the oil-free gearbox design. This results in pumps that will reliably and accurately dose a vast range of mild to aggressive chemicals, especially those used with chemical processing, industrial, municipal water & wastewater treatment, and agricultural applications. The straight-through flow design of the MP7100 liquid end and the elimination of the contour plate cause improved flows, making the pump appropriate for pumping challenging chemicals like high-viscosity liquids, shear-sensitive liquids and those with suspended solids. The MP7100 finned gearbox's heat dissipation is superior to other designs.

Offers 316 Stainless Steel, PVC or PVDF Liquid Heads & PTFE Diaphragms. Capacities range from 9 gph (34 L/h) to 286 gph (1,083 L/h). 235 psi (16.2 bar) maximum pressure on certain configurations. Maximum Temperatures: 316SS - 200°F (93°C); PVC & PVDF- 125°F (52°C).
