Neptune 5003 / 5005 Low Volume Hydraulic Metering Pumps

Neptune 5005 / 5003 Series Low Volume Hydraulic Diaphragm Metering Pumps are critical in oil and gas production, oil recovery & refineries. Applications include neat feeding of boiler chemicals, injecting antifoam agents, corrosion inhibitors and other additives injected at high pressures with very low volumes ranging down to quarts per day. Delivers very low, repeatable and accurate flows. Offers higher discharge pressures than mechanical metering pumps. Also available with Explosion-proof motors for use in hazardous environments. Comes standard with 1/3 HP, 1 PH, 115 VAC, 60C TEFC motor with other options available. Materials of construction options include: 316 Stainless Steel, Carpenter-20 or PVC Liquid Heads & PTFE Diaphragms. Capacities range from 0.35 gph (1.3 L/h) to 0.50 gph (1.9 L/h). 3,000 psi (206.8 bar) maximum pressure on certain configurations. Maximum Temperatures: 316SS & C-20 - 200°F (93°C); PVC - 125°F (52°C).
