Introducing the TD Series from LMI Pumps, the most versatile chemical metering pump on the market. This new generation of pumps offers the most advanced control options, from manual speed adjustment to full SCADA integration and remote control. Additionally, units are available with MODBUS, PROFIBUS, and Bluetooth connectivity.
All TD Series Liquid Ends are newly designed by LMI, featuring improved materials, double ball check valves, and over-molded diaphragms that are proven to operate continuously for over 40 million strokes. These Liquid Ends also incorporate FASTPRIME™ technology, ensuring quick and easy commissioning and priming.
The TD Series is available in four models: Manual, Advanced, COMMs Control Modbus TCP/RTU, and COMMs Control Profibus. Each model integrates seamlessly into your process control application. The Manual model provides simple speed control while maintaining the accuracy, precision, and durability of the enhanced drive system.
TD serues Advanced models offer a range of internal and external controls, along with a large TFT display for intuitive access to advanced features such as calibration assist, multiple digital IOs, speed input and output controls, batch and dose mode, slow mode, system and user totalizers, Bluetooth, and more. The COMMs model includes all the features of the Advanced model, with the addition of industrial protocol communications.
