The DC4000 is a microprocessor-based conductivity controller. It is designed for use in a variety of water treatment applications requiring precise control of total dissolved solids and chemical feed. Among its many uses, the DC4000 will control conductivity and chemical feed in cooling towers, closed loop systems, and boilers. LMI’s DC4000 Series of conductivity controllers allows the greatest programming flexibility for cooling tower or boiler system applications. This is accomplished through the use of an options menu that is easy to use. BLEED or BLOWDOWN of system water by valve control can be based on several setpoint options: Conductivity setpoint, Hysteresis delay (lower than setpoint) to avoid valve operation chattering, Rising or Falling conductivity trip points. FEED of chemical (inhibitor) can be based on four (4) different methods: FEED at the same time system BLEEDS (lockout timer limits maximum FEED time), FEED time calculated as a percentage of total BLEED time,FEED based on a timed cycle (pump is on for a percentage of this timed cycle), FEED based on flow meter input. ALARM indicators and relay outputs are energized based on the following conditions: HIGH conductivity set point is reached, LOW conductivity set point is reached, NO FLOW condition exists (flow switch must be installed)

The DC4500 is a microprocessor-based conductivity controller. LMI’s DC4500 Series of conductivity controllers allows the greatest programming flexibility for cooling tower system applications. This is accomplished through the use of an extensive options menu that is easy to use. BLEED or BLOWDOWN of system water by valve control can be based on several setpoint options: Conductivity setpoint, Hysteresis delay (lower than setpoint) to avoid valve operation chattering, Rising or Falling conductivity trip points
FEED of chemical (inhibitor) can be based on four (4) different methods and the pump control can be either On/Off or externally-triggered Variable Speed: FEED at the same time system BLEEDS (lockout timer limits maximum FEED time), FEED time calculated as a percentage of total BLEED time, FEED based on a timed cycle (pump is on for a percentage of this timed cycle), FEED based on flow meter input. DUAL BIOCIDE chemical addition may be accomplished by the use of two (2) individually programmable relays or optocoupler outputs. These outputs provide control of two individual chemical addition pumps based on the following options: On/Off or externally-triggered Variable Speed pump control or BOTH for two pump/TIMER operation, 28-DAY programmable timer (1, 2, 3, or 4 week selectable cycle). ALARM indicators and relay outputs are energized based on the following conditions: HIGH conductivity set point is reached, LOW conductivity se tpoint is reached, NO FLOW condition exists (flow switch must be installed)

The Liquitron™ DP5000 Series pH Controllers are designed for a variety of industrial pH applications including metal finishing, water treatment, printed circuit board manufacturing and waste treatment. The DP5000 is a microprocessor-based pH controller with a backlit customized display and tactile keypad for ease of programming. The DP5000 allows independent programming of control methods (‘ON/OFF’ or ‘PROPORTIONAL’) for acid (Pump A) or base (Pump B) dosage. Independent high and low pH alarms may be set with activation of the ‘Alarm relays.’ A third relay output is available for activating a solenoid valve or other devices. The controller is compatible with any pH electrode that generates a mV signal and allows incorporation of platinum 1000 W automatic temperature compensation (ATC) elements. Two point or single point pH calibrations may be performed. Timer functions for pump ‘Run’ time and solenoid ‘Delay’ times can be programmed to operate a solenoid pump valve. An ‘Advanced Menu’ allows selection of special features such as a ‘Point 3’ (inflection point) for the control profiles of the acid or alkali pumps for finer control. The DP5000 features continuous non-volatile memory back-up, voltage selection, pre-amplifier outputs, flow and level switch inputs as standard. 4-20 mA recorder output is optional.

The Liquitron™ DR5000 Series ORP (Oxidation Reduction Potential) Controllers are designed for a variety of industrial ORP applications including metal finishing, water treatment, printed circuit board manufacturing and waste treatment. The DR5000 is a microprocessor-based ORP controller with a backlit customized display and tactile keypad for ease of programming. The DR5000 allows independent programming of control methods (On/Off or Proportional) for reducing agent (Pump A) or oxidizing agent (Pump B) dosage. Independent high and low ORP alarms may be set with activation of the ‘Alarm relays.’ A third relay output is available for activating a solenoid valve or other devices. The controller is compatible with any ORP electrode that generates a mV signal. Two point or single point ORP calibrations may be performed. Timer functions for pump ‘Run’ time and solenoid ‘Delay’ times can be programmed to operate a solenoid pump valve. An ‘Advanced Menu’ allows selection of special features such as a ‘Point 3’ (inflection point) for the control profiles of the reducing agent or oxidizing agent pumps for finer control. The DR5000 features continuous nonvolatile memory backup, voltage selection, pre-amplifier outputs, flow and level switch inputs as standard, 4-20 mA recorder output is optional.

The LMI FS5000 Flow Switch Controller is intended to be used in applications that require flow / no-flow control of metering pumps and otherdevices. Power is supplied to the controlled outletswhen flow through the flow switch exceeds 0.75 GPM (gallons per minute).

LMI 3324 Time Switch: This compact digital time switch is capable of operating two pumps or one pump and one valve for simultaneous operation of feed and bleed. It provides precise timing with the flexibility of daily and/ or weekly programming. Simple and fast setting by means of push buttons and display prompts.
