Iwaki America’s MDT line of magnet drive regenerative turbine pumps combines the performance of a turbine pump with the advantages of a fully non-metallic liquid end and reliable seal-less magnetic drive technology. These pumps feature high-quality, injection-molded components with precision machining to meet the exacting internal tolerances required for turbine designs. By adjusting impeller clearances, we offer versions suitable for temperatures ranging from 9°F to 149°F (-13°C to 65°C), with a high-temperature option up to 203°F (95°C) using common casing and drive components. Paired with our efficient AC motors (with VFD capability), these pumps provide an optimal solution for applications such as industrial and medical chillers, circulation and filtration, injection and spraying, or any other scenario requiring a compact, chemical-resistant, high-pressure pump.

High Pressure and Vacuum Capabilities: Can produce pressures up to 51 psi (0.35 MPa) and pull a vacuum up to 1.2 psi (8 kPa).
Non-Metallic Construction: All liquid end parts are non-metallic, offering excellent chemical resistance (PPS, PEEK, Ceramic, and Carbon), making the pump suitable for a wide range of applications.
