The QUANTM Industrial i120LP is a 2-inch electric double diaphragm pump specifically engineered to handle large particles and shear-sensitive materials. Featuring a direct-drive FluxCore motor, the i120LP reduces energy consumption by up to 80% and eliminates the noise associated with compressed air exhaust. The flapper check valve design allows for the passage of solids up to 1.8 inches in diameter.
Performance & Reliability
The i120LP delivers high throughput up to 120 gpm while maintaining the ability to stall under pressure and self-prime. Its sealless design ensures the pump can run dry indefinitely without damage—a critical feature for bulk transfer applications where fluid supply may be inconsistent. The direct-drive configuration removes gearboxes and air valves, significantly reducing mechanical complexity.
Materials & Construction
Built with robust Aluminum fluid sections, the i120LP utilizes stainless steel flapper seats and various elastomer check valves to withstand abrasive environments. Diaphragm options like Buna-N and Santoprene provide compatibility with a wide range of industrial fluids.
