HUSKY 307 SERIES
OVERVIEW & FEATURES
Compact Efficiency: 3/8-in end-porting AODD pump designed for OEM skids, compact systems, and multi-fluid transfer.
Low-Pressure Operation: Operates on as little as 20 psi (1.4 bar) with a stall-free, low-pulsation air valve for smooth changeover.
Flexible Manifold: Split-manifold option available for pumping multiple fluids simultaneously without mixing.
Reliable Design: Self-priming, runs dry without damage, stalls under pressure, and is factory-tested before shipping.
Maintenance: Lube-free air valve system featuring easy external serviceability and rapid assembly/disassembly.
Versatility: Supports stand-mount, pail-mount, wall-mount, and general transfer installations.
FLUID PORTS & CONNECTIONS
Inlet/Outlet: 3/8 npt(f) or 3/8 BSPT (re-orientable ports); flexible hoses required for connection.
Air Ports: 1/4 npt(f) air inlet; 3/8 npt(f) air exhaust (supports remote exhaust line with 3/8 in. min ID).
Recommendations: Fluid pressure relief valve and air filter recommended; exhaust must remain unrestricted.
MATERIALS & WETTED PARTS
Fluid Section: Acetal (conductive/groundable) or Polypropylene.
Air Motor: Polypropylene (protect from prolonged UV exposure).
Wetted Parts (Seats/Balls/Diaphragms):
Seats: Acetal, 316 stainless steel.
Balls: PTFE, TPE, Santoprene, Buna‑N.
Diaphragms: PTFE, TPE, Santoprene, Buna‑N.
APPLICATIONS & SAFETY
Uses: Chemical/solvent transfer, water treatment, paints, coatings, adhesives, and process fluids.
Grounding: Acetal models include a grounding strip; Polypropylene models are non-conductive and must not be used with non-conductive flammable fluids.
ATEX: Only Acetal fluid-section models are ATEX-approved (Ex II 2 GD).
TECHNICAL DATA
Max Press/Flow: 100 psi (7 bar) | 6.5 GPM (24.6 LPM).
Max Solids: 1.6 mm (1/16 in.).
Service Specs: Manifold torque: 50–60 in‑lb (5.6–6.8 N·m).
Repairability: Field-replaceable diaphragms and ball checks; full repair kits available for all internal sections.
