OVERVIEW & FEATURES

MATERIALS

• Wetted Section & Drive: Powder-coated Aluminum wetted section; Aluminum center section and air valve.

• Wetted Parts (Seats, Checks & Diaphragms):

  • Seats: 303 stainless steel with Buna-N seals.

  • Checks (Flappers): Buna-N overmolded 303 stainless steel flapper.

  • Diaphragms: Buna-N, Polychloroprene, Geolast, TPE, or Santoprene®.

  • Gaskets: Buna-N.

AIR SYSTEM & INSTALLATION

• Operation: Pneumatic drive operating between 20–120 psi with high air consumption capacity for heavy solid throughput.

• Maintenance: External air valve and flapper checks simplify service and reduce clogging risks in dirty or abrasive environments.

• Footprint: Standard AODD mounting footprint for easy installation and replacement in existing systems.
