Goulds Water Technology eSV Pump Series Range of Features: 1SV, 3SV, 5SV, 10SV, 15SV, 22SV Series • Vertical multistage centrifugal pump. All metal parts in contact with the pumped liquid are made of stainless steel. • The following versions are available: F – ANSI flanges, in-line delivery and suction ports, AISI 304 T – Oval flanges (NPT), in-line delivery and suction ports, AISI 304 R – ANSI flanges, delivery port above the suction port, with four adjustable positions, AISI 304 N – ANSI flanges, in-line delivery and suction ports, AISI 316 P – Victaulic couplings, in-line delivery and suction ports, AISI 316 G – ANSI flange, in-line delivery and suction ports, Class 35/40B cast iron. C – ISO clamp, AISI 316 • Innovative axial load compensation system on pumps with higher head. This ensures reduced axial thrusts and enables the use of standard NEMA TC motors that are easily found in the market. • Seal housing chamber designed to prevent the accumulation of air in the critical area next to the mechanical seal • Mechanical seal according to EN 12756 (ex DIN 24960) and ISO 3069 • Versions with ANSI flanges that can be coupled to ANSI raised face counter-flanges • Threaded oval counter-flanges made of stainless steel are standard supply for the T versions • Easy maintenance. No special tools required for assembly or disassembly • Standard version for temperatures ranging from: -20ºF to 250ºF (30ºC to 120ºC) 33SV, 46SV, 66SV, 92SV, 125SV Series • Vertical multistage centrifugal pump with impellers, diffusers and outer sleeve made entirely of stainless steel, and with pump casing and motor adapter made of cast iron in the standard version • Rotating components made entirely of AISI 316 stainless steel • High heads and capacities five sizes: 33SV, 46SV, 66SV, 92SV, 125SV • Re-designed liquid end provides improved efficiency and energy savings • Innovative axial load compensation system on pumps with higher head. The e-SV range of pumps features 11 models, and can be specially configured for a wider range of applications. The line is interchangeable with Goulds Water Technology Pumps’ SSV series of vertical multi-stage pumps for added flexibility in meeting pumping requirements. Additionally, five e-SV manufacturing facilities around the world provide shorter lead times and faster service. Extra Efficient The e-SV’s newly-designed hydraulics, combined with a high-efficiency motor (EISA compliant) deliver maximum efficiency. Energy Saving Pumps are among the largest users of industrial energy. Do your part to reduce CO2 emissions and your impact on the environment -- and improve your bottom line - by taking advantage of the new e-SV’s lower energy requirement. Use a new e-SV pump along with a variable speed drive such as Xylem’s Hydrovar®, and save even more energy and money. Easy to Maintain The e-SV’s new design allows removal of the mechanical seal without having to remove the motor, reducing repair time by up to 50%. A standard mechanical seal, wearing components, service tools and standard NEMA motors enable faster and easier maintenance and servicing. Available on pumps 10 HP and above, the patented i-ALERTTM monitor continuously measures vibration to support optimum performance.
