FTI Air Diaphgram Pump Kits
Wet End, Blind & Split Flange, Pump Air End, Solenoid & Valve Replacement
Wet End Kits: Diaphragms, check valve balls, check valve seats, o‐rings (where required).
Air End Kit for pumps with plastic air valve (does not include air valve): Shaft bushing with preinstalled o‐rings, air chamber to center section o‐rings (where applicable), air valve cap o‐rings, muffler plate and air valve gaskets.
Air End Kit for pumps with metal air valve (does not include air valve): Shaft bushing with preinstalled o‐rings, air chamber to center section o‐rings (where applicable), air valve cap o‐rings, muffler plate and air valve gaskets.
Plastic Air Valve Replacement Kit (complete air valve): Complete plastic air valve including all internal air valve components and gaskets for air valve and muffler (does not include hardware).
Metal Air Valve Replacement Kit (complete air valve): Complete metal air valve including all internal air valve components and gaskets for air valve and muffler (does not include hardware).
Split Flange Kit: (4) Vanstone style ANSI / DIN / ISO flange halves with shim kit for stainless steel pumps only.
Blind Flange Kit: (2) CPVC blind flanges, Gylon gaskets & stainless steel hardware to block open flange end on 1" and 1‐1/2" Z polypropylene & PVDF pumps when alternate threaded connection is ordered.
