The JXH Series is engineered to deliver high discharge pressure while maintaining excellent corrosion resistance. Its all 316 stainless steel construction and corrosion rating make it suitable for a wide range of aggressive liquid handling applications.

The optional Seal Minder® system enhances reliability by providing early indication of seal failure, helping to reduce downtime and maintenance costs.

Construction and Operational Design

JXH pumps are built using cast 316 stainless steel components throughout, eliminating welds and ensuring consistent corrosion resistance across all wetted parts. This design improves durability and allows the pumps to operate effectively in chemically harsh environments.

The sealing system consists of a double mechanical seal paired with an independent lip seal, providing multiple levels of protection against fluid intrusion. FKM elastomers are standard, with optional materials available for compatibility with specific applications.

Each pump is powered by a high-speed 2-pole motor running at approximately 3450 RPM. Smaller models typically feature Class F insulation, while larger units are equipped with Class H insulation for improved thermal performance. Built-in thermal protection helps safeguard the motor during operation.
