The JX Series is engineered to provide reliable operation in corrosive environments by combining all 316 stainless steel construction with robust hydraulic performance. Its corrosion resistance rating and material consistency allow it to handle a wide variety of aggressive liquids that would rapidly degrade traditional cast iron pumps.

The optional Seal Minder® system adds an extra layer of protection by monitoring moisture intrusion, helping to prevent costly failures and unplanned downtime.

Construction and Operational Design

JX Series pumps are manufactured using cast 316 stainless steel components with no welds, ensuring structural integrity and eliminating corrosion-prone joints. This design approach improves durability while maintaining consistent material properties across all wetted parts.

The pumps use a double mechanical seal system paired with an external lip seal, providing multiple barriers against fluid ingress. FKM elastomers are standard, with optional EPDM or Buna materials available for compatibility with specific chemicals.

Each unit is equipped with a high-speed 2-pole motor running at approximately 3450 RPM. Smaller models typically use Class F insulation, while larger models employ Class H insulation for enhanced thermal resistance. Built-in thermal protection helps safeguard the motor during operation.
