Neptune’s PZ Series Electronic Metering Pumps are low volume and low pressure for accurate, dependable injection to pump chemicals and additives across a range of applications. Neptune PZ pumps come in three sizes which are popular with water treaters, filtration and purification applications, well driller, and others. PZD Series pumps allow for higher capacities. This style features an extra large keyboard and the injection rate can be entered directly in milliliters per minute. PZiG Models offer capacities that would usually require a motor driven pump. Special configurations easily handle viscosities of 1000 CPS (up to 4000 CPS at reduced volume). Powerful onboard controls offer proportional flow rate, pH and residual chlorine control by direct analog connection eliminating the PID Controller and Inverter (plus the control panel to house them), that are required by similar sized motor driven pumps.

Offers 316 Stainless Steel, PVC, PVDF or Acrylic Liquid Heads & PTFE Diaphragms. Capacities range from 0.44 gph (1.67 L/h) to 20.6 gph (78 L/h). 200 psi (13.8 bar) maximum pressure on certain configurations. Maximum Temperatures: 104°F (40°C).
