Neptune 5005 / 5003 Series Low Volume Hydraulic Diaphragm Metering Pumps are critical in oil and gas production, oil recovery & refineries. Applications include neat feeding of boiler chemicals, injecting antifoam agents, corrosion inhibitors and other additives injected at high pressures with very low volumes ranging down to quarts per day. Delivers very low, repeatable and accurate flows. Offers higher discharge pressures than mechanical metering pumps. Also available with Explosion-proof motors for use in hazardous environments. Comes standard with 1/3 HP, 1 PH, 115 VAC, 60C TEFC motor with other options available. Materials of construction options include: 316 Stainless Steel, Carpenter-20 or PVC Liquid Heads & PTFE Diaphragms. Capacities range from 0.35 gph (1.3 L/h) to 0.50 gph (1.9 L/h). 3,000 psi (206.8 bar) maximum pressure on certain configurations. Maximum Temperatures: 316SS & C-20 - 200°F (93°C); PVC - 125°F (52°C).

500-A Series Hydraulic Metering Pumps are Neptune's Simplex design. Neptune's Simplex design configuration includes a single micrometer dial with one liquid head. 500-A Series pumps cannot be converted to the Duplex design. Each pump Offers a variable Oil ByPass™ stroke adjustment feature which allows for better valve performance than variable linkage designs. The valve checks have extra time to seat even with heavy liquids since they are idle during the by-pass part of the suction / discharge strokes. Comes standard with 1/3 HP, 1ph, 115 VAC, 60C, TEFC motor with other options available. Materials of construction options include: 316 Stainless Steel, Carpenter-20, or PVC Liquid Heads & PTFE Diaphragms. FKM standard O-Rings with optional PTFE offered. 500-D Series Hydraulic Metering Pumps are Neptune's Duplex design. Neptune's Duplex design configuration includes a two micrometer dials with two liquid heads. Each pump comes with a variable Oil ByPass™ stroke adjustment feature which allows for better valve performance than variable linkage designs. The valve checks have extra time to seat even with heavy liquids since they are idle during the by-pass part of the suction / discharge strokes. Neptune's 500-VS Series High Viscosity Hydraulic Metering Pumps are engineered for precisely metering viscous liquids to 5,000 cP like polymers and other thick fluids. These pumps come standard in Simplex, but may be converted to Duplex. Variable Oil By-pass™ stroke adjustment permits an adjustable time delay from the end of the suction stroke to the start of the discharge stroke, allowing the ball to fully seat before pumping continues. This way even in the heaviest liquids, accuracy stays very high. Comes standard with 1/3 HP, 1ph, 115 VAC, 60C, TEFC motor with other options available. 316 Stainless Steel & PTFE Diaphragms. Capacities range from 2 gph (7.50 L/h) to 29 gph (110 L/h). 900 psi (62 bar) maximum pressure on certain configurations. Maximum Temperature is 200°F (93°C).

They also use a hydraulically balanced PTFE diaphragm to eliminate stress. Comes with 316 Stainless Steel Liquid Head & PTFE Diaphragm. Capacities range from 4.5 gph (16 L/h) to 28 gph (106 L/h). 4,000 psi (275.8 bar) maximum pressure on certain configurations. Maximum Temperature is 200°F (93°C).

Neptune MP7000 Series are mechanically-actuated diaphragm metering style pumps designed from top to bottom to be more robust and rugged than comparable mechanical diaphragm pumps. The MP7000 pump uses the ruggedness of hydraulic diaphragm metering pumps & removes the need for intermediate fluid or hydraulic oil to actuate the diaphragm eliminating any possibility of contamination by gearbox oil because it has the oil-free gearbox design. This results in pumps that will reliably and accurately dose a vast range of mild to aggressive chemicals, especially those used with chemical processing, industrial, municipal water & wastewater treatment, and agricultural applications. The straight-through flow design of the MP7000 liquid end and the elimination of the contour plate cause improved flows, making the pump appropriate for pumping challenging chemicals like high-viscosity liquids, shear-sensitive liquids and those with suspended solids. The MP7000 finned gearbox's heat dissipation is superior to other designs.

Neptune Glycol Feed Systems are designed for the addition of glycol solution to closed loop chilled or hot water systems. We offer a complete line of packaged chemical feed systems with or without containment. The system automatically maintains pressure in the loop by adding glycol solution to make up for losses which occur due to leakage. Glycol addition is controlled by a pressure switch with adjustable low and high set points. When the pressure in the loop reaches the low set point, the pump begins to feed glycol into the system until the high pressure set point is achieved and stops the pump.

Neptune’s PZ Series Electronic Metering Pumps are low volume and low pressure for accurate, dependable injection to pump chemicals and additives across a range of applications. Neptune PZ pumps come in three sizes which are popular with water treaters, filtration and purification applications, well driller, and others. PZD Series pumps allow for higher capacities. This style features an extra large keyboard and the injection rate can be entered directly in milliliters per minute. PZiG Models offer capacities that would usually require a motor driven pump. Special configurations easily handle viscosities of 1000 CPS (up to 4000 CPS at reduced volume). Powerful onboard controls offer proportional flow rate, pH and residual chlorine control by direct analog connection eliminating the PID Controller and Inverter (plus the control panel to house them), that are required by similar sized motor driven pumps.
